When you list with me, you get much much more than just one person. I have an extensive group of contractors, stagers, marketers and more that I know will do everything they can to get your home sold.
What is the process?
Step 1: Call me.
I will start by having you give me as much information about the home as you can over the phone. From this info, I will be able to do a basic CMA and also determine if I am in fact the right agent for the job. If I am not the right agent to sell your property, I will let you know that up front and help you find the right agent. If I am the right agent to sell your home, I ensure you that you will be very happy with my services.
Step 2: Meet at the home.
After I have had a chance to pull some comps and do a preliminary CMA, I will then take the time to come to your home. This meeting will focus on the home itself, the improvements you have made, what you like and dislike about the home and if there is anything I recommend to do before going live on the market. If you are ready, we will also establish agency at this time.
Step 3: Make the home "Market Ready"
This is the tough part, but also the one that I feel has the biggest payoff in the end. This includes a deep cleaning of the home, completion of any improvements or repairs that I have suggested including gardening, weeding, painting, etc. While you are doing this, I will prepare many of the marketing materials so that we can quickly go on market at soon as we have photos.
Step 4: Go Live!
This is where my aggressive marketing program shines. I use a refined marketing strategy to launch certain parts of the marketing at different intervals to create a mini "frenzy" around your property. Every buyer who is actively looking for a property like yours will find it within a couple of days no matter where they look.
Step 5: Review Offers
I will personally review the merits of every offer with you and act as your agent to get you the best price and terms possible for your property.
Step 6: Under Contract Phase
I will expertly guide you through all of the dates and deadlines involved with the accepted contract. You will only need minimal involvement and the process should remain stress free.
Step 7: Closing
Congrats! Show up to the closing and collect your check. It's that easy!
