Multi-Unit & ADU Properties:  Purchasing multi unit properties requires a completely different skill set from those used in homes and condos.  I have worked with investors and owner occupant / investors in numerous multi unit purchases and I understand each of their unique needs and the various regulations regarding these types of properties in Boulder.
